Carrie Butler

Carrie Butler serves as the General Manager from Lextran. She brings a passion for providing transportation and mobility options to communities. With over 20 years of experience in public and private sector work, she has managed projects around the country. Previous work included community centered design plans for communities both large and small. She holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s in Economics. Although neither degree is from UK, she does in fact bleed blue.
